Free UK shipping on all orders for a limited time

We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders for a limited time.

We ship using Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your order more quickly you can upgrade to express shipping for £2.75 for Royal Mail 1st Class which Royal Mail aims for UK delivery within 1-2 business days.

EU and International Orders

Shipping for EU and International orders is £7.40.

We ship using Royal Mail International Signed. Royal Mail aims for delivery to Europe within 3-5 business days and to the rest of the world within 6-7 days.

Returns

If you wish to return a purchase for refund or exchange, please notify us by email safetyalice@safetyalice.com and return the item within 14 days from the initial delivery attempt. Unfortunately after this time we cannot offer a refund.

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and processed you will receive a notification. The refund will be approved and processed via the original method of payment, within 7 working days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Packaging

Our packaging is made with recyclable materials and kept to the minimum to reduce postage costs for customers and reduce the carbon footprint of each delivery.
